Gaggl M, et al. - Herein, maternal and fetal pregnancy outcomes in women with atypical HUS (aHUS) were retrospectively and prospectively investigated. Findings emphasized the frequency of successful pregnancies in women with aHUS. It appeared crucial to closely monitor such pregnancies for episodes of thrombotic microangiopathy.
