Connor CJ – This research examined the management aspects of psychological comorbidities of dermatological conditions. It was observed that in a busy dermatology clinic, effective and efficient screening, combined with a repertoire of pharmacological and non–pharmacological treatment options were crucial, which could be dispersed via an algorithmic approach based on the specific findings of that screening. The implementation of such recommendations into practice aided the dermatologists to gain comfort with the management of psychocutaneous disease. It could also fill the gap in patient care, which was of utmost importance for patients, their families, and communities as a whole.
