Wong WK, et al. - Authors assessed the surgical management of patients with retrosternal goiters treated at two secondary care centers. Transcervical resection of the majority of retrosternal goiter with minimal morbidities can be done with a careful patient selection. Useful surgical information was yielded by preoperative CT scan.
