Jiang Y, et al. - The pregnancy outcomes of women diagnosed with heterotopic interstitial pregnancy were investigated. Researchers identified laparoscopic cornual resection as a feasible approach with favorable surgical and long-term pregnancy outcomes. In selected symptom-free patient, medical or expectant management could be a viable treatment option in addition. The prognosis for a woman with heterotopic interstitial pregnancy was generally good despite survival of the intrauterine pregnancy could not always be assured
