Reichenbach S, et al. - Researchers analyzed magnetic resonance angiographic (MRA) vessel wall signals from a randomized controlled trial of tocilizumab (TCZ) to treat GCA. Over 52 weeks, TCZ led to complete clinical and laboratory remission of GCA. However, MRA signals in vessel walls normalized only in one-third of the patients.
