Farrell R, et al. – The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of lymphadenectomy (LND) with clinicopathological attributes, adjuvant treatment, survival, patterns of disease recurrence, and morbidity. In this cohort with early–stage intermediate–/high–risk endometrioid EC, LND did not improve survival but was related to significantly increased morbidity.
