Vasan K, et al. - The prognostic significance of the lymph node ratio in metastatic head and neck cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) was determined. In patients with metastatic head and neck cutaneous SCC, the lymph node ratio was an independent prognosticator of survival outcome. To categorize the patients into low and high risk, a lymph node ratio >6% was a significant threshold.
