Fisk CA, et al. - The association between reduced frequency and dose of epinephrine with survival after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) was determined. Reducing the dose of epinephrine administered during out-of-hospital cardiac arrest was shown to have no link with a change in survival to hospital discharge or favorable neurological outcomes after OHCA.
