Sigalos GA, et al. - Researchers sought to determine the impact of using two different volumes (20–25 vs 40–45 μl) of culture media for embryo transfer on clinical outcomes in fresh in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles. They found that clinical outcome in fresh IVF cycles remained uninfluenced by the use of higher volume of culture medium to load the embryo into the catheter during embryo transfer.
