Journal of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Oct 31, 2017
Mosakhani N, et al. - This study was conducted in order to examine if the expression of immune system-associated miRNAs varied between adult and pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) at the time of diagnosis. Remarkably similar patterns of immune-cellÂassociated miRNAs were disclosed in the bone marrow of pediatric and adult patients with ALL, at diagnosis. Nonetheless, advanced research was required to gauge the low expression of miR-18a in pediatric ALL.
