Spence AD, et al. - Two large cohorts were studied to ascertain the relationship between aspirin use and cancer-specific mortality in patients with esophageal or gastric cancer. In the current study, no association was demonstrated between low-dose aspirin use and increased survival of patients diagnosed with esophageal or gastric cancer.
