Takagi M et al. -Deletions within the 11q region are observed in 11%-48% of neuroblastomas (NBs). Genomic alterations of the DNA damage response (DDR)-associated genes, including ATM, occur in approximately 50% of NBs. In the current study it was shown that DDR-defective NB cell lines are sensitive to PARP inhibitors.
