Kroon FPB, van Beest S, Gandjbakhch F, et al. - The longitudinal reliability of the Outcome Measures in Rheumatology (OMERACT) TOMS was examined. For synovitis, subchondral bone defects, osteophytes, cartilage assessment, bone marrow lesions, and subluxation, scoring of paired MRI of patients with hand osteoarthritis in 2 exercises (6-mo and 2-yr follow-up) was done. Assessment of interreader reliability of delta scores was performed. Moderate-good longitudinal reliability of TOMS was evident. The assessment was hampered due to limited change.
