Hadlandsmyth K, et al. - Authors aimed at delineating the postoperative course of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and examining variables associated with a change in pain and functioning between 6-weeks and 6-months post-TKA. They recognized that the majority of patients’ pain and functioning remained stable between 6 weeks and 6 months post-TKA. However, they also identified a notable subset that continued to improve or worsen in pain and functioning.
