Kostanyan T, et al. - Herein, the authors intended to apply the propensity score matching in order to comparatively analyze Baerveldt glaucoma drainage implant (BGI) to Trabectome-mediated ab interno trabeculectomy (AIT). A similar IOP reduction was illustrated by a propensity score matched comparison of AIT and BGI, through 1 year. It was noted that AIT required fewer medications.
