Long-term visual outcomes and patient satisfaction following bilateral implantation of trifocal intraocular lenses

Ganesh S, et al. – Here, researchers study the long–term visual and refractive outcomes and assess patient satisfaction after bilateral implantation of trifocal intraocular lenses (IOLs). Trifocal IOLs provided excellent unaided vision at all distances. Reading performance was good through the complete intermediate distance range. Posterior capsule opacification (PCO) occurrence and subsequent YAG capsulotomy did not influence the long–term visual outcomes.
