Dregan A, et al. - This study entailed estimation of antithrombotic prescription trends from 2001 to 2015 among people aged 80 years and over within clinical indications. An increased use of antithrombotic drugs across multiple clinical indications was reported. Assessing the benefits and harms of antithrombotic drugs across different clinical indications in older people was considered a priority.
