Bendersky AG, et al. - A comparison of the long-term pediatric neurologic morbidity was performed in offspring with breech presentation delivered by Cesarean vs assisted vaginal delivery. Compared to vaginal delivery, cesarean for breech presentation was found to be an independent risk factor for long-term pediatric neurologic morbidity of the offspring.
