Movahedan A, et al. - The goal of this work was to substantiate the long-term consequences of ocular surface stem cell allograft transplantation (OSST) in patients with total limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD) as a result of various etiologies with a follow-up ≥ 5 years. True long-term ocular surface stability and successful visual outcomes could be gained through the allograft OSST, by means of proper immunosuppression and repeat procedure in the case of failure.
