Janssen PTJ, et al. – This study was performed to compare long–term results of sacral neuromodulation (SNM) for functional–constipation (FC) between children and adults. In children (<18 years) with FC, SNM had to be considered. However, considering the limited improvements and high costs, the indication of SNM for FC remained debatable.
