Srujana D, et al. - This study was conducted to assess the functional and anatomical outcomes of repeat penetrating keratoplasty (PK) in optically failed therapeutic grafts. As per the data, a relation of re-graft following therapeutic PK was seen with sub-optimal visual outcomes and long-term graft survival. Graft survival was adversely affected by the large size of the initial therapeutic graft and deep vascularization.
