Long-term follow-up of lymphatic malformations in children treated with sildenafil

Tu JH, et al. - The long-term clinical outcomes of pediatric lymphatic malformations (LMs) were comprehensively analyzed, following sildenafil therapy. Sildenafil was discovered to be beneficial for the symptomatic treatment of LMs. The role of sildenafil as an adjuvant therapy had to be gauged further to optimize the use of this medication in the management of complex LMs.
