Long-term experiences of pain after a fragility fracture

Gheorghita A, et al. - Among men and women who had sustained a fragility fracture, perspectives on long-term pain were evaluated. Findings suggested that for more than 1 year after a fragility fracture, pain continued to influence lives of many patients. Patients' narratives could be of help to the healthcare providers for better recognition and management of this long-term consequence of fractures.
