Kodal A, et al. - This study examined the long-term outcomes of individual (ICBT) and group cognitive behavioral therapy (GCBT) in youth with anxiety disorders treated in community mental health clinics. For youth anxiety disorders, an improvement in outcomes of CBT delivered in community mental health clinics at nearly 4 years post-treatment was noticed. Recovery rates at long-term follow-up were similar to efficacy trials.
