Kodal A, et al. - The long-term outcomes of the individual (ICBT) and group cognitive behavioral therapy (GCBT) were investigated in youth with anxiety disorders treated in community mental health clinics. For youth anxiety disorders, outcomes of cognitive behavioral therapy delivered in community mental health clinics were improved at nearly 4 years post-treatment. At long-term follow-up, recovery rates were similar to efficacy trials.
