Vainshelboim B, et al. - This study assessed patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) in order to elucidate the link between lifestyle behaviors and clinical outcomes in these patients. Reduced hospitalization and mortality risks were reported in association with shorter daily sitting and longer weekly walking times. The findings emphasized potential clinical benefits of reducing sedentary behaviors among IPF patients; however, further investigation is required.
