Kerley CP, et al. - A comparative assessment was initiated of the consequence of vitamin D3 supplementation with placebo in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). No impact was discovered on the primary outcome with limited and inconsistent effects, with regard to the vitamin D supplementation. In order to further examine the relative safety and cheapness of vitamin D supplementation, advanced studies were needed.
