European Journal of Neurology Oct 08, 2017
Perez-Lloret S, et al. - The relationship between L-DOPA-induced dyskinesias (LIDs) and motor fluctuations with Health-related Quality of Life (HRQoL) was evaluated in Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients. In addition, the authors aimed to evaluate the relative contribution of their severity and duration in a large sample of PD patients. They proposed that in patients with PD, LIDs (mainly their severity) and motor fluctuations (mainly their duration) were independently associated with HRQoL.
