Isolated biceps reflection pulley tears treated with subpectoral biceps tenodesis: Minimum 2-year outcomes

Vap AR, et al. - A minimum 2-year postoperative follow-up was performed to explore the functional benefits of subpectoral biceps tenodesis (BT) in patients younger than 50 years old, treated for biceps reflection pulley (BRP) lesions. Excellent postoperative results, high return to recreational activity, little postoperative pain, and high degrees of satisfaction were reported by patients with a symptomatic isolated BRP lesion.
