Is the number of different MRI findings more strongly associated with low back pain than single MRI findings?

Hancock MJ, et al. – This investigation was performed to examine whether the number of different magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings present was more strongly correlated with low back pain (LBP) than single MRI findings. Compared to single MRI findings, the aggregate MRI score was more strongly correlated with LBP outcomes in both datasets. Further investigation of this approach was demonstrated.
