Luo L, et al. - This article was written with the objective to investigate whether elective fetal reduction from dichorionic twins to singletons after IVF-ET (In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer) is related to increased take-home baby rate and improved pregnancy outcome. It was concluded that the dichorionic twin pregnancies after IVF-ET with elective fetal reduction were at lower risk of premature delivery after 32 weeks of gestation, but the chance of taking home at least one live baby was significantly decreased.
