Shah R, et al. – The purpose of this study is to determine whether clarified immunolabeled villous tissue suitable for analysis of intervillous geometry. The outcome suggests that clarified and immunolabeled tissues are suitable for analysis of villous structures and by extension, intervillous geometry, and also the intravillous geometry of the fine distal villous vasculature.
