Kalin–Hajdu E, et al. – The diagnostic techniques for invasive fungal rhinosinusitis were comprehensively explored in this research. It also appraised the therapeutic options once disease spread to the orbit. Regardless of the improvement noted in the investigative tools, invasive fungal rhinosinusitis could pose a diagnostic challenge. No single therapeutic choice for the orbit was superior to another. Hence, the initiation of therapy was justified by prioritizing less morbid procedures. If deterioration was persistently seen, more invasive interventions could be employed. The treatment algorithm was yielded.
