Pontis E, et al. - The determinants of increased diagnostic accuracy using lung ultrasound (LUS) in acute dyspneic patients (ADP) were assessed. In this study, the number of uncertain diagnoses (NUD) was reduced with LUS. In ADP clinical cases with LUS data, the ultrasound frequency of use decreased the NUD.
