Toulis KA, et al. - This study was performed to investigate whether initiation of dapagliflozin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) increased the risk of fracture. In patients with T2DM being initiated treatment with dapagliflozin, the authors found no evidence to suggest an increase in the risk of treatment-emergent fractures.
