Shin J, et al. - Herein, the link between blood laboratory test results during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and outcomes of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patients was determined. As per the findings, pH and potassium levels were recognized as independent factors associated with survival to hospital discharge, among the blood laboratory test results during CPR of OHCA patients. Furthermore, in this work, pH level was considered as an independent factor associated with neurological recovery.
