Taphoorn MJB, et al. - In this study, progression-free survival and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) were assessed among patients treated with tumor-treating fields (TTFields) therapy for glioblastoma. Improved survival, without negative influence on HRQoL, was achieved in those treated with TTFields added to standard treatment with temozolomide. However, more itchy skin was reported as an expected consequence from the transducer arrays.
