Grebenciucova E, et al. - Authors performed a systemic review of the risk of infections associated with current disease-modifying treatments and would discuss pre-treatment testing recommendations, infection monitoring strategies, and patient education. In the choice of therapy, the risk of infection in association with MS treatments has become one of the most important factors. They recommended continuously re-evaluating balance of the overall risk versus benefit during treatment.
