Theiler M, et al. - The goal of this paper was to delineate the clinical presentation, complications, and response to treatment of the uncommon subtype of infantile hemangiomas (IHs). It was noted that conjunctival IH exhibited clinical features that were similar to those of cutaneous IH. They appeared to respond readily to beta-blocker therapy. The occurrence of ocular complications could be seen in a minority of individuals receiving treatment.
