Bjorvatn B, et al. - The clinicians aimed to examine whether the presence and severity of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) were correlated with anxiety and depression among patients referred with the suspicion of OSA. In these referred patients, symptoms of anxiety and depression were correlated negatively with OSA severity. Even after adjusting for several relevant confounders, the findings remained significant.
