Serra MC, et al. - A comparative scrutiny was conducted of the prevalence of urinary and bowel symptoms in a sample of adults with early Parkinson's disease (PD) and healthy controls (HC). Constipation appeared to precede PD diagnosis. However, the findings indicated an elevation in the occurrence of urinary incontinence in early PD compared to a well-matched HC population.
