Wang JY, et al. - This scrutiny was carried out to delineate the impact of statin therapy on asthma-related Emergency Department (ED) visits and/or hospitalizations. Use of statin was suggested to be related to decreased risk of asthma-related ED visits and/or hospitalizations in patients with asthma. In addition, a dose-response impact of statin use was also apparent.
