Stipic SS, et al. – In this trial, the physicians analyzed the change in the value of S100B protein and neuron–specific enolase (NSE) after adenotonsillectomy with general anesthesia in children. They disclosed that the values of neurological biomarkers S100B and NSE were significantly increased after general anesthesia for elective adenotonsillectomy in children.
