Tsuruta H, et al. - The incidence, as well as midterm clinical outcomes of left ventricular obstruction (LVO), was assessed in patients who underwent transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). These patients demonstrated midventricular obstruction (MVO) more often than obstruction of the outflow tract (LVOT), however, no association was found between the occurrence of postprocedural LVO and worsened clinical outcomes.
