Sohn KH, et al. - Researchers sought to determine the incidence and risk of oxaliplatin hypersensitivity reactions (HSRs) in patients with a history of asymptomatic prior exposure. They found that previous exposure to oxaliplatin conferred risk for earlier HSR onset and more severe and frequent HSR episodes, even if prior therapy was well tolerated.
