Ponzio DY, et al. - This study entailed comparison between direct anterior vs posterior total hip arthroplasty (THA) in terms of in-hospital complications and revision rate. THA by the posterior approach vs the direct anterior approach led to an increased rate of in-hospital minor systemic complications and overall revision, predominantly due to instability.
