A notable variation was determined in the ADCmean, ADCskew and ADCkurt between benign and malignant nodes Compared to ADCmean, first-order ADC texture analysis with WB-DWI improved lymph node characterization. Findings unveiled that ADCskew served as the most accurate and robust discriminatory parameter over all lymph node volumes and nodal body regions.
