Ahmadi MH, et al. - This work was planned to investigate the association between asymptomatic infections caused by Mycoplasma genitalium and male infertility, and assess the role of antibiotic therapy in treatment of this failure. Researchers identified a correlation of asymptomatic infection caused by M. genitalium with male infertility. Antibiotic therapy seemed to have a potential for improving the semen quality and could be used to treat male infertility.
