Vieira MS, et al. - The experts undertook this study to examine whether gadobenate dimeglumine (Gd-BOPTA) together with self-navigated inversion-prepared coronary magnetic resonance angiography (CMRA) sequence design improved coronary image quality in pediatric patients. In small infants and young children with high heart rates (HR), the use of Gd-BOPTA with a 3D inversion recovery steady-state free precession CMRA sequence resulted in improved coronary visualization within a clinically acceptable scan time.
