Ito T, et al. - A whole coronary analysis was performed using multislice-computed tomography (MSCT) in order to assess the effect of malondialdehyde-modified low-density lipoprotein (MDA-LDL) on whole coronary plaque vulnerability. It was demonstrated in findings that irrespective of LDL levels, an association existed between increased MDA-LDL levels and the presence and extent of vulnerable plaques.
